2012: Sebastián Vegas ist U17 Nationalspieler für Chile (Chile national under 17 football team). 

04/2013: Sebastián Vegas nimmt für Chile an Campeonato Sudamericano de Fútbol Sub-17 de 2013 (U17 Südamerika-Meisterschaft) in Argentinien teil. 

2014: Sebastián Vegas ist U20 Nationalspieler für Chile (Chile national under 20 football team).

01/2015: Sebastián Vegas nimmt für Chile am Campeonato Sudamericano de Fútbol Sub-20 (U-20 Südamerika-Meisterschaft) in Uruguay teil.
